Andrew Hankins
Director of Engineering

Andrew is responsible for the forecasting, planning and implementation of REACH’s core network including the transmission network, IP and ATM/FR platforms, the submarine cable network and leased capacity procurement.

He has held senior management positions with the company in Field Operations, Satellite, Service Activation and Engineering.

Prior to joining REACH, Andrew worked for Telstra for 12 years. At Telstra, he held numerous management positions in Operations, Network Planning and in the International Carrier Business.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Technology in Sydney and an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Queensland.
